What exactly does ArtiMax do?
ArtiMax is an AI-powered boat management app. It tracks your maintenance schedules, processes invoices and receipts, manages equipment and inventory, logs outings, and handles contacts — all through natural voice or text conversation. Think of it as a personal assistant that actually understands boats.
Does the voice feature really work on a boat?
Yes! ArtiMax is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA) that installs on your phone. Voice commands work through your phone's microphone. Previously viewed data is cached so you can review it offline. An internet connection is needed for creating or updating records and using the AI assistant.
How does invoice processing work?
Connect your email account (Microsoft 365 or Gmail) and ArtiMax scans for invoices and receipts. It extracts supplier names, amounts, dates, and descriptions using AI, then matches them to your equipment and inventory. You can also forward individual emails or snap photos of paper receipts.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. ArtiMax runs on Microsoft Azure with enterprise-grade encryption. Your data is stored in Australian data centres, protected by OAuth 2.0 authentication, and encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your data with third parties.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes to both. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Your data stays available for export for 90 days after cancellation.
I'm not tech-savvy. Is ArtiMax easy to use?
That's exactly why we built it this way. Instead of learning menus and forms, you just talk to ArtiMax like you'd talk to a crew member. "Add a new fire extinguisher, cost $89, expires March next year." Done. If you can describe what you need, ArtiMax can do it.
